I work with businesses, leaders, and organisations across a wide range of industries where performance, decision making, or progress is being undermined by human dynamics, leadership misalignment, or ineffective relationships at senior level.

I was the Director of an international business for over twenty years, with full responsibility for strategy, commercial performance, operations, people, and decision making across multiple markets. I ran the business day to day, led its growth, managed international teams and partners, handled complex client environments, and was accountable for outcomes.

Alongside this, I have founded, owned, and run businesses across hospitality, technology, and luxury services. I purchased and ran a boutique hotel in the South of France, with responsibility for operations, finance, staffing, compliance, guest experience, and commercial performance, significantly increasing its value prior to sale. Earlier in my career, I founded and built a national technology and training company from the ground up, delivering large scale projects and managing teams, budgets, and clients.

Across my career, I have worked internationally and across most industries, including professional services, finance, property, hospitality, media, technology, and luxury services. I have led teams, managed partners and franchises across borders, and worked directly with the realities of growth, pressure, conflict, and change.

I work with organisations facing stalled performance, leadership conflict, unclear authority, or poor decision making. My role is to assess how people are operating at senior level, how decisions are made, and how behaviour is affecting outcomes, and to address what needs to change.

My work focuses on relationships, behaviour, authority, and decision making. I look at influence, responsibility, and patterns of behaviour, and help leaders and organisations correct what is getting in the way of performance.

My work is analytical and practical, focused on outcomes rather than labels or methods.

Alongside my advisory work, I appear regularly in the media and contribute commentary on relationships, behaviour, and performance in business and public life, including television and radio.

I am based in Ireland and work internationally.
